1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Insulation Nepal website (insulationnepal.com) or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels. Images shown are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly. Prices do not include transportation charges unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed advance. We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Kathmandu Valley only). For large orders above NPR 2 lakhs, 50% advance payment is required before dispatch.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Insulation Nepal is not liable for delays caused by transport conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Inspect all goods upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-cut or special-order materials are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Transportation costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the product was defective.

6. Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified in their documentation. Our installation warranty covers workmanship for 1 year from installation date. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, modifications, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Insulation Nepal's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lalitpur District, Nepal.
